• Account information such as your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number and encrypted password.

• Community content such as posts, poetry, comments, reactions, messages, images, videos and other content you submit.
• Store and transaction information including products, orders, billing and delivery addresses, payment status and invoice details.

• Camera, microphone, photographs, videos or files only when you choose to use features requiring that access.

4. Permissions and media

The app may request access to your camera, microphone, photographs, videos, files or notifications when needed for features such as live classes, profile photos, community posts, voice or video content and notifications. Permission is requested through your device and can be managed in device settings.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Sukhandaan does not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

6. Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, payments, communications, email, push notifications, live classes, analytics, security and technical support. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their contracted services and subject to applicable obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Public content

Content submitted to public community or poetry features may be visible to other users. Please avoid publishing sensitive personal information in public posts, comments, photographs or videos.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymise associated personal data unless particular records must be retained for a legitimate legal or regulatory reason. Retained records are limited to the required purpose and retention period.
