Account deletion is permanent

After your request is verified and completed, you will no longer be able to access the deleted account or its associated services.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Request deletion in three steps

Identify your account

Provide the name, registered email address and registered mobile number connected to your Sukhandaan account.

Send your request

Open the Sukhandaan contact page and select or mention “Account Deletion Request” in your message.

Complete verification

We may contact you through your registered email or mobile number to verify ownership before permanent deletion.

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Registered mobile or WhatsApp number
  • The statement “Please permanently delete my Sukhandaan account and associated data.”

DATA THAT WILL BE DELETED

What happens after verification

Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, account deletion includes removal or anonymisation of data associated with your account, such as:

  • Account and profile information.
  • Authentication and active-session data.
  • Profile photographs and user-uploaded account media where applicable.
  • Community posts, comments, reactions and other user-generated content where applicable.
  • Saved addresses and account preferences.
  • Push-notification tokens and linked device data.

LIMITED RETENTION

Information that may need to be retained

Some transaction, invoice, payment, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate regulatory purposes. Such information will be restricted to the required purpose and retention period and will not be used to continue your deleted account.
